Both. Most issues are resolved remotely in minutes — but on-site is included in our Managed plan and we’ll dispatch an engineer the same day across the CBD and Eastern Suburbs whenever needed.

We work best with teams from 5 users upwards. Smaller businesses are welcome too — we have ad-hoc and project-based options for businesses that don’t need a full managed contract yet.

No multi-year lock-ins. We can customise agreements to suit you. We use 3. 6 and 12-month agreements with a 30-day satisfaction window during onboarding. We earn the renewal — we don’t trap you in it.
